Dots and trails: Manifestations of a subconscious mind.

Dots and trails is the name of a collection of paintings that abstracts forms of life into simplistic elements that interplay to form scenarios. A dot is a whole universe in itself and at the same time, a petty insignificant form. Trails are the lines that symbolize paths of change and growth. They flow, pave ways, intersect and connect stories. They extend to the end of the canvas, hinting connections that surpass the frame of perception. There’s a constant shift between zooming in and out of the picture. We can consider the dots to be living creatures, points in time, or significant events through which one strives to find meaning. One creates stories and imagines absolute truths based on what is known, seen and felt, but the answer is in the myriad perspectives.
